- We want to thank you and the branch manager. My intention was to consolidate my bills and our 2 mortgages, one of which had an interest rate of 11% & a balloon payment. We were paying only interest, not principal. $650 a month and ONLY to interest? With this new refinance, we are now on a fixed rate of 6.65% instead of our other mortgage which was increased from 5.5% to 7.7% starting on June 1st, 2024. We can breathe easier now that it is also gone. It has eased up our obligations, and we are happy. No more maintenance fees from our time shares. No more headaches with our mortgages.
